美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法84例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为常态组与探析组,各42例。常态组单纯接受常规治疗,探析组在常态组基础上采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]。结果探析组治疗总有效率95.24%明显高于常态组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVESD、LVEF、LVEDD均优于本组治疗前,且探析组LVESD(47.15±7.84)mm、LVEF(52.85±5.42)%、LVEDD(57.57±5.94)mm优于常态组的(52.20±6.89)mm、(41.24±5.11)%、(63.51±6.19)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure due to coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were studied and were divided into the normal group and the analysis group according to the random numerical table,with 42 cases in each group.The normal group received conventional treatment alone,while the analysis group was treated with trimetazidine and metoprolol on the basis of the normal group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVESD,LVEF and LVEDD in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the LVESD(47.15±7.84)mm,LVEF(52.85±5.42)%,and LVEDD(57.57±5.94)mm in the analysis group were better than(52.20±6.89)mm,(41.24±5.11)%,and(63.51±6.19)mm in the normal group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure,the combination of trimetazidine and metoprolol can achieve better results,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
