左甲状腺素钠片联合硒酵母片治疗甲减患者的疗效及对患者TSH、TC、TG水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片联合硒酵母片治疗甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者的疗效及对患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平的影响。方法选取82例甲减患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上辅以左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上辅以左甲状腺素钠片联合硒酵母片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,TSH、TC、TG水平,不良反应发生情况。结果用药6个月后,观察组患者的总有效率95.12%高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组患者的TSH、TC、TG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药6个月后,两组患者的TSH、TC、TG水平均低于用药前,观察组患者的TSH(6.41±1.19)mU/L、TC(4.07±0.55)mmol/L、TG(0.63±0.21)mmol/L均低于对照组的(9.33±1.25)mU/L、(5.51±0.37)mmol/L、(1.07±0.25)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.76%(4/41),低于对照组的12.20%(5/41),但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片联合硒酵母片治疗甲减患者的效果更高,可强化治疗效果,调节脂代谢,改善甲状腺功能,保障临床用药安全。Objective To discuss the efficacy of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with selenium yeast tablets in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism and its influence on the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG).Methods A total of 82 patients with hypothyroidism were studied and divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table method,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets supplemented with conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets and selenium yeast tablets supplemented with conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,TSH,TC and TG levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of medication,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of TSH,TC and TG levels(P>0.05).After 6 months of medication,the TSH,TC and TG levels of the two groups were lower than those of this group before medication;the TSH(6.41±1.19)mU/L,TC(4.07±0.55)mmol/L and TG(0.63±0.21)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than(9.33±1.25)mU/L,(5.51±0.37)mmol/L,and(1.07±0.25)mmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.76%(4/41)in the observation group during medication,which was lower than 12.20%(5/41)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets and selenium yeast tablets has significant effect on hypothyroidism patients,which can strengthen the therapeutic effect,regulate lipid metabolism,and improve thyroid function,thus ensuring the safety of clinical medication.
