摘 要:为开展汞的污染监测和环境治理,以我国能源用散状固体生物质为研究对象,建立了催化裂解-冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞含量的方法。通过实验确定了样品称样量、分解温度和分解时间,方法线性关系良好,线性系数>0.999,检出限0.045μg/kg,方法重复性符合要求。标准样品汞含量测定值在标准值不确定度范围内,经过F检验和t检验,催化裂解-冷原子吸收光谱法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法不存在显著性差异。实验结果表明催化裂解-冷原子吸收光谱法测定汞含量具备良好的精密度和准确度,可应用于固体生物质中汞的检测。In order to monitor and control mercury pollution, a method for the determination of mercury by catalytic cracking-cold atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed in this work.The weight of sample, the decomposition temperature and the decomposition time were determined by the test.The linear relationship of the method was good, the linear coefficient >0.999,the detection limit was 0.045 μg/kg.The repeatability of the method met the requirements.The mercury content of the standard sample was within the uncertainty of the standard value, there was no significant difference between catalytic cracking-cold atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after F test and t test.The results showed that the catalytic cracking-cold atomic absorption method had good precision and accuracy, and could be applied to the determination of mercury in solid biomass.
