摘　　要：为解决实际生产中高盐废水中镉的测定,将一定体积的高盐废水加硝酸、高氯酸于电热板消解,消解完全后用APDC(吡咯二硫代氨基甲铵)在pH=3.0条件下与样品中镉生成螯合物,再用四氯乙烯萃取高盐废水消解液中APDC与镉生成的螯合物,继而用硝酸-过氧化氢混合液将有机相中的镉反萃取至水相,最后用火焰原子吸收光谱法在检测波长228.8 nm处测定镉的含量。结果显示10%高盐废水样品5次测定的相对标准偏差为1.1%~5.6%,加标回收率为95.0%~110%,能满足金属冶炼行业高盐废水中镉的测定。To solve the actual production on the determination of cadmium in high salt wastewater, a certain volume of nitrate and perchlorate was added into high salt wastewater with wet digestion, then the digestion solution was added with the chelating agent of APDC(pyrrole disulfide generation amino methyl ammonium) under the condition of pH=3.0.And the generation of cadmium in the sample chelate, reoccupy tetrachloroethylene extraction high salt wastewater in liquid APDC chelate with cadmium generated.Then, the cadmium in the organic phase was reverse-extracted to aqueous phase with a mixture of nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide.Finally, the content of cadmium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry at the detection wavelength of 228.8 nm.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of 5 times determination of 10% high-salt wastewater was 1.1%—5.6%,and the recovery of the spiked wastewater was 95.0%—110%.It can meet the determination of cadmium in high salt wastewater in the metal smelting industry.
