摘 要:目的观察教师科研特色融入教学对病理生理学教学的应用效果。方法选择2020年3—7月遵义医科大学珠海校区全日制本科2019级的60名临床专业学生作为研究对象,以心功能不全这一章为主要内容,从教师的科研特色着手构建教学方法,随机将研究对象分为对照组和试验组各30名。课程结束后采用调查问卷和成绩评分的形式评价科研优势促进教学的教学效果以及讨论该方法应用于病理生理学教学的优势及存在的问题。结果试验组的学生对该教学模式表现出高度的兴趣和认可并希望以后攻读研究生,其期末考试成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论科研融入教学能激发学生学习病理生理学的积极性和主动性,培养学生对科研的热情和兴趣,增加教师和学生的互动,提高了教学质量。Objective To observe the application effects of teacher’s own scientific research in pathophysiology reform.Methods A total of 60 full-time undergraduate clinical students of Grade 2019 in Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University from March to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.Taking the chapter of cardiac insufficiency as the main content,the teaching methods were constructed based on the scientific research characteristics of the teachers.The subjects were randomly divided into 30 students in control group and 30 students in test group.At the end of the course,use the form of questionnaire and score to evaluate the teaching effect of scientific research advantage in promoting teaching and discuss the advantages and existing problems of this method in the teaching of pathophysiology.Results The students in the experimental group showed a high degree of interest and recognition in the teaching mode and hoped to study for graduate school in the future.Their scores in the final examination were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The integration of scientific research into teaching can stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning pathophysiology,cultivate students'enthusiasm and interest in scientific research,increase the interaction between teachers and students,and improve the quality of teaching.
