封闭式负压引流术在毁损性手外伤治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨封闭式负压引流术在毁损性手外伤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月广州市中西医结合医院收治的毁损性手外伤患者66例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各33例。对照组给予常规湿敷进行治疗,观察组给予封闭式负压引流术进行治疗,比较两组疼痛指数评分、肿胀指数评分以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗3 d之后,观察组患者的疼痛指数评分与肿胀指数评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对毁损性手外伤进行临床治疗过程中,可以通过封闭式负压引流术进行临床治疗,能够有效改善患者的疼痛程度以及肿胀程度,且安全性较好,值得临床应用。Objective This paper mainly explores the clinical application effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment process of destructive hand trauma.Method From June 2021 to June 2022,66 patients with destructive hand trauma admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group with 33 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routing treatment of hydropathic compress.The observation group was treated with closed negative pressure drainage,and the pain index score,swelling index score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result After 3 days of treatment,the clinical research data showed that the pain index score and swelling index score of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The data of this study showed that the incidence of various complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of destructive hand trauma,closed negative pressure drainage can be used for clinical treatment,which can effectively improve the degree of pain and swelling of patients,with good safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
