摘　　要：对“医-护-患”三位一体全程化管理模式在临床诊疗中的理念形成与演变、实践特点及应用情况等进行综述,研究加强多方位沟通和管理的意义。进一步阐明国内三位一体全程化管理模式的局限性和对未来临床工作的启示,为建立具有我国国情特点的“医-护-患”三位一体全程化管理模式提供理论基础。The article reviewed the conceptualization and evolution,practical characteristics and application of the“Doctor-Nurse-Patient”trinity full management model in clinical treatment in China,and emphasized the significance of strengthening multifaceted communication and management.It also further clarified the limitations of the domestic trinity management model and its implications for future clinical work,and provided a theoretical basis for the establishment of the“Doctor-Nurse-Patient”trinity full management model with China’s national conditions.
