摘  要:集中消毒餐饮具卫生状况关系到人民群众的身体健康与生命安全。为了加强餐饮具集中消毒服务行业的监管,提高集中消毒餐饮具消毒效果,徐州市制定专门政府规章,对餐饮具集中消毒服务行为进行立法规范,进一步加强了该行业的监管。地方规章制定后,重点是加强贯彻实施,进一步保障集中消毒餐饮具等公共卫生安全。The sanitary conditions of the centralized disinfection of the dishware have a strong connection with the health and safety of the public. In order to facilitate the supervision of the centralized-disinfection industry and improve the sterilization effect of catering utensils, Xuzhou has formulated specialized government regulations to govern the centralized disinfection service from a legislative perspective. After the formulation of the local regulation, emphasis shall be put on strengthening the implementation of the regulation, further safeguarding public safety of centralized disinfection of catering dishware.
