摘　　要：基于后疫情时代公立医院疫情常态化防控背景,分析了应急防护物资、防疫相关医学装备、医学装备管理人员和场地三个管理要素的管理范畴、法规依据和管理原则,论述了三要素如何在医学装备横纵双向管理维度的关键环节中发挥作用,介绍了B院医学装备管理部门基于此管理框架的实践案例,为后疫情时代公立医院医学装备管理提出建议。Based on the regular epidemic prevention and control background in post-pandemic period, this study analyzed three management elements including the emergency protective supplies, epidemic related medical equipment, personnel and workplace management from control range, legal basis and management principles topics. This paper discussed how these three elements played a role in the key stages of the horizontal and vertical management dimensions of medical equipment, and introduced the practice case of the B hospital based on this management framework, to provide the suggestions for the medical equipment management in post-pandemic period.
