摘  要:自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术因其成本低、生产效率高、工艺性强等特点被广泛应用于陶瓷涂层的制备。介绍了SHS技术在涂层制备领域的最新进展,探讨了SHS法制备不同类型陶瓷涂层的结构、性能及存在的主要问题,分析了提高陶瓷涂层性能(涂层韧性、致密度、结合强度)的措施,提出了自蔓延高温合成法制备陶瓷涂层的发展方向。Due to the excellent combination of low cost, high production efficiency and strong technology, self-propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS)were extensively employed to prepare ceramic coatings. The latest progress of SHS method was introduced, and the structure, properties and main problems of different types of ceramic coatings prepared by SHS method were discussed. The measures to improve the performance(coating toughness, density and bond strength)were analyzed,and the development prospect of the SHS method was also pointed.
