摘 要:采用感应熔炼法制备了不同Nb含量的Fe-4Cr-2B-0.5C-(0.1~3)Nb合金。运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、万能实验机、洛氏硬度计和显微维氏硬度计等设备,研究了不同Nb含量的Fe-Cr-B-C合金的物相、微观组织和力学性能的变化规律。通过Origin函数模拟、EXPGUI结构精修、Image-ProPlus图像分析和Image J二值化阈值处理等软件获得一些研究结果。结果表明,含铌高硼铸铁初晶基体相主要是马氏体组织,硼碳化物形成网状共晶组织。合金由α-Fe、Fe_(2)B、NbC等物相组成。随着Nb含量增加,硬度由65.8 HRC下降到52.2 HRC,弯曲强度由1304.97 MPa提高到1731.45 MPa,断裂韧性由29.76 MPa·m1/2提高到32.89 MPa·m1/2。NbC型硼碳化合物分布在共晶组织中,造成网状共晶出现断网现象,且降低了基体碳含量。故宏观硬度、强度和韧性的变化与Nb元素含量存在一定的关系。Fe-4Cr-2B-0.5C-(0.1-3)Nb alloy with different Nb content was prepared by induction melting method. By using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, universal testing machine, rockwell hardness tester and micro vickers hardness tester, the phase, microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-B-C alloy with different Nb content were analyzed. By using Origin function simulation, EXPGUI structure refinement, Image-ProPlus image analysis and Image J binary threshold processing software, some results were obtained. The results show that the primary matrix phase of Nb bearing high boron cast iron is mainly martensitic structure, and boron carbide forms network eutectic structure. The alloy is composed of α-Fe, Fe_(2)B, NbC and other phases. With the increase of Nb content, the hardness decreases from 65.8HRC to 52.2 HRC, the bending strength increases from 1304.97 MPa to 1731.45 MPa, and the fracture toughness increases from 29.76 MPa·m1/2to 32.89 MPa·m1/2. NbC type boron carbon compounds distribute in the eutectic structure, resulting in the network eutectic broken, and reducing the carbon content of the matrix. Therefore, there is a certain relationship between the change of macrohardness, strength and toughness and the content of Nb element.
