摘 要:采用QPQ盐浴复合处理技术对AISI420不锈钢试件进行处理。利用HVS-1000ZCM-XY数字显微硬度计检测QPQ盐浴复合处理前后试件的表面硬度和渗层硬度,分析QPQ盐浴复合处理技术对AISI420不锈钢试件硬度的影响;利用M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机对QPQ盐浴复合处理前后的试件进行摩擦磨损试验,探究QPQ盐浴复合处理技术对AISI420不锈钢摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:QPQ盐浴复合处理试件的表面硬度(863 HV)比未处理试件(429 HV)提高了101.2%;渗层最大硬度(1080 HV)比未处理试件(430 HV)提高了148.8%,QPQ盐浴复合处理工艺可提高AISI420不锈钢的硬度;QPQ盐浴复合处理试件的平均摩擦因数和最大磨损量比未处理试件分别降低了24.5%和27.3%,QPQ盐浴复合处理技术能提升AISI420不锈钢试件的表面耐磨性。AISI420 stainless steel sample was treated by QPQ salt bath composite treatment technology. HVS-1000ZCMXY digital microhardness tester was used to test the surface hardness and penetration layer hardness of the samples before and after QPQ salt bath composite treatment. The effects of QPQ salt bath composite treatment on the hardness of AISI420stainless steel were analyzed. M2000 friction and wear test machine was used to test the friction and wear of samples before and after QPQ salt bath composite treatment to explore the influence of QPQ salt bath composite treatment technology on the friction and wear performance of AISI420 stainless steel. The results show that the surface hardness(863 HV)of QPQ salt bath composite treatment sample is 101.2% higher than that of untreated sample(429 HV), the maximum hardness of penetration layer(1080 HV)is 148.8% higher than that of untreated sample(430 HV), and the hardness of AISI420 stainless steel can significantly improve by QPQ salt bath composite treatment process. The average friction coefficient and the maximum wear amount of QPQ salt bath composite treatment samples are 24.5% and 27.3% lower than those of untreated samples, respectively. The surface wear resistance of AISI420 stainless steel samples improve by QPQ salt bath composite treatment technology.
