摘 要:研究了载荷、转速和时间等参数的不确定性对铜基镍镀层摩擦磨损的影响,为双辊薄带连铸冶金工艺中结晶辊的表面磨损及失效分析提供参考。采用镀有镍层的铜制圆盘和45钢进行了销盘实验模拟。利用响应面法设计了40组实验并根据实验获得的数据拟合多项式回归方程。考虑了众多影响镀层磨损情况因素的不确定性,建立了随机非线性评估方法,利用MATLAB软件和分层拉丁超立方抽样建立了一种基于抽样的随机模型;阐明了载荷、转速和时间对镀层磨损规律的交互影响。结果表明,镀层磨损量会随载荷、转速和时间的增加而加大,其中载荷是最主要的影响因素,转速次之,时间因素对磨损量影响程度最小。The influence of the uncertainty of the load, speed and time on the friction and wear of the copper-based nickel coating were studied, which can provide a reference for the surface wear and failure analysis of the crystal roll in the twin-roll thin strip continuous casting metallurgy process. The nickel-plated copper disk and 304 stainless steel were used to simulate the pin-to-disk experiment. 40 sets of experiments were designed using the response surface method and a polynomial regression equation was fitted according to the experimental data. Considering the uncertainties of many factors affecting coating wear, a random nonlinear evaluation method was established. A random model based on sampling was established using MATLAB software and stratified Latin hypercube sampling to clarify the interactive effect of load, speed and time on patterns of the coating.The results show that the wear amount of the coating increase with the increase of load, speed and time. Load is the most important factor, followed by speed, and the time has the least effect on the amount of wear.
