摘 要:基于Archard磨损数学模型建立了锁圈与钢圈锁紧面的微动磨损模型,分析了在无喷丸应力状态下磨损深度随循环周次的变化。通过ABAQUS SIGINI子程序施加初始喷丸残余应力,分析了不同喷丸应力对钢圈锁紧面的接触压应力、滑移幅值、摩擦切应力等微动参量的影响。结果表明:在无喷丸应力时,磨损深度随循环次数的增加而增大,最大磨损深度出现在钢圈锁紧面侧面接触边缘处。在循环周次150000周次下,随着喷丸应力的增加,钢圈锁紧面侧面接触边缘的接触压应力、滑移幅值、摩擦切应力、磨损深度逐渐降低,同时微动参量向过渡圆角处转移。喷丸应力在-100、-200 MPa时对钢圈锁紧面起到较好的抗微动磨损效果。Based on Archard wear mathematical model, a fretting wear model of the locking surface of the lock ring and the steel ring was established, and the change of the wear depth with the cycle times under the state of no shot blasting stress was analyzed. The initial shot blasting residual stress was applied by ABAQUS SIGINI subroutine to analyze the influence of different shot blasting stress on the contact pressure stress, slip amplitude, friction shear stress and other fretting parameters of the locking surface of the steel ring. The results show that when there is no shot blasting stress, the wear depth increases with the increase of the number of cycles, and the maximum wear depth appears at the contact edge of the locking surface of the steel ring. Under 150000 cycles of cycles, with the increase of shot blasting stress, the contact pressure stress, slip amplitude,friction shear stress and wear depth of the side contact edge of the steel ring locking surface gradually decrease, at the same time, the fretting parameters are transferred to the transition fillet. When the shot blasting stress is-100 MPa and-200 MPa, it can have a better anti-fretting effects on the locking surface of the steel ring.
