摘  要:表征了等离子熔覆420不锈钢涂层的显微组织和力学性能,研究了回火温度对涂层显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,涂层中板条马氏体逐渐分解,逆变奥氏体含量增加,碳化物的数量增加。当回火温度从450℃升高到500℃,由于弥散分布的M7C3碳化物的析出和第二相强化,涂层的硬度和抗拉强度小幅度提升;随着回火温度进一步升高至650℃,马氏体分解程度增加及逆变奥氏体含量增加,硬质的M7C3碳化物粗化并部分转变为软质的M23C6碳化物,涂层的硬度和抗拉强度显著降低。涂层断裂机制随着回火温度的升高从混合断裂转变为塑性断裂。420不锈钢涂层的最优回火温度为500℃。The microstructure and mechanical property of the plasma cladding 420 stainless steel coating were characterized,and the effects of the tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating were studied.The results show that with the increase of the tempering temperature,the lath martensite in the coating is gradually decomposed.The amount of carbide increases with the increase of the content of transformed austenite.When the tempering temperature increases from 450℃to 500℃,the hardness and tensile strength of the coating increase slightly due to the precipitation of dispersed M7C3carbides and the strengthening of the second phase.With the further increase of tempering temperature to 650℃,the degree of maraging and the content of inverter austenite increase,the hard M7C3carbide is coarsened and partially transformed into soft M23C6carbide,and the hardness and tensile strength of the coating decrease significantly.The fracture mechanism of the coating changes from mixed fracture to plastic fracture with the increase of tempering temperature.The optimal tempering temperature of 420 stainless steel coating is 500℃.
