摘 要:设定连续退火工艺试验参数,系统研究了连续退火工艺对高强塑性冷轧双相钢DP980显微组织、织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高,退火织构组分明显增加,剪切织构组分逐渐下降。其余织构组分没有明显特点,随机产生。退火织构明显加强有利于连退后屈服强度和抗拉强度的逐渐升高,使冷轧DP980钢的强塑积达到15 GPa·%。The effects of continuous annealing process on the microstructure, texture and mechanical properties of high strength plastic cold rolled dual phase steel DP980 were systematically studied by setting the experimental parameters of continuous annealing process. The results show that, with the increase of annealing temperature, the annealed texture components increase obviously, and the shear texture components decrease gradually. The other texture components have no obvious characteristics and are randomly produced. The annealing texture is obviously enhanced, and the yield strength and tensile strength of the cold-rolled DP980 steel are gradually increased, and the strength and plastic product of the cold-rolled DP980 steel reaches 15 GPa·%.
