摘  要:某电站锅炉屏式过热器夹持管发生了爆管。采用宏观检验、化学成分检测、金相分析、冲击试验及显微硬度检测对爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明,爆管原因是对TP347H管冷弯加工后没有进行固溶处理,产生了加工硬化,晶间贫铬产生的裂纹导致了强度下降,材料无法满足设计要求,最终发生脆性断裂。为避免同类事故的发生,建议对TP347H管在冷加工变形后进行固溶处理和稳定化处理。A platen superheater clamping tube of a station boiler had been leaked. The causes of tube burst were analyzed by means of macro examination, chemical composition examination, metallographic examination, impact test and microhardness test. The results show that, the reason of tube burst is that the TP347H tube is not treated with solid solution after cold bending, work hardening produces, the crack produced by chromium-poor intergranular leads to a decrease in strength, the materials can not meet the design requirements, and eventually brittle fracture occurs. For the avoidance of similar accidents, it is suggested that TP347H tube should be treated by solid solution treatment and stabilization treatment after cold working deformation.
