摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜辅助下改良鼻骨骨折复位治疗外伤性歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲。方法选取2018年1月~2021年6月收治于无锡市第二人民医院的100例外伤性歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲患者,随机分为2组,各50例,观察组行鼻内镜下全麻复位治疗联合鼻中隔成形术治疗,对照组行局部麻醉下传统鼻骨复位手术治疗。比较两组手术治疗效果、手术前后鼻腔客观指标、外鼻测量值和术后并发症。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组(76.00%)且术后并发症发生率(8.00%)明显低于对照组(24.00%)(P<0.05);观察组患者术后鼻腔客观指标和外鼻测量值改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助下改良鼻骨骨折复位治疗外伤性歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲有良好的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the experience of modified nasal bone fracture reduction assisted by nasal endoscope in the treatment of traumatic deviated nose combined with nasal septum deviation.METHODS A total of 100patients with traumatic crooked nose combined with nasal septum deviation admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups(50 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic general anesthesia reduction combined with nasal septoplasty,while the control group received traditional nasal bone reduction surgery under local anesthesia.The surgical treatment effect,nasal objective indexes before and after operation,external nasal measurement values and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the incidence of postoperative complications(8.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).The improvement of nasal objective indexes and external nasal measurement values in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Modified reduction of nasal bone fracture assisted by nasal endoscope has a good therapeutic effect on traumatic deviated nose combined with nasal septum deviation.
