摘　　要：开展PAHs(多环芳烃)标准物质时效性及溶剂效应分析,通过气相色谱法对PAHs标准物质16种组分进行时效性分析,以5%相对误差精度为主,分别计算每种组分时效性。结果表明:每种组分时效性存在差异,苯并[g,h,i]芘保存时间最短(45天),屈(Chr)保存时间最长(125天);通过气相色谱法对六氯苯、硝基苯、多氯联苯(PCB28)、吡氟禾草灵、精吡氟禾草灵、丙体六六六、苯并[a]芘标准物质溶液7种典型有机标准物进行溶剂效应研究。结果表明:溶剂极性是影响气相色谱响应值的主控因素,每种标准溶液溶剂不同,应根据溶液特性优选溶剂种类。该研究成果为实验室优选标准物提供了参考,从而提高实验测试精度。In-depth analysis of the timeliness and solvent effects of PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)reference materials was Carried out, the timeliness of 16 components of PAHs reference materials were analyzed by gas chromatography, with a relative error accuracy of 5%, and the timeliness of each component was calculated separately. The results showed that there were differences in the timeliness of each component. The storage time for benzo[g,h,i]pyrene was the shortest(45 d), and the storage time for Chr(Chr) was the longest(125 d);Benzene,nitrobenzene, polychlorinated biphenyls(PCB28), fluoxyfop, fluoxyfop-ethyl, hexaflurane, benzo[a]pyrene standard substance solution 7 typical organic standard substances were used as solvents to study the solvent effect. The results showed that the solvent polarity was the main controlling factor affecting the response value of the gas chromatography. Each standard solution had different solvents. The type of solvent should be selected according to the characteristics of the solution. The research results can provide the reference for the laboratory to select standard materials, thereby improving the accuracy of experimental testing.
