At present, polymer/surface binary flooding has been widely used because polymer/surface binary flooding not only has the characteristic that polymer can improve sweep volume, but also has the characteristic that surfactant can reduce interfacial tension. The combination of these two points greatly improves the recovery degree. Since there is still a large amount of remaining oil not recovered after water flooding, in order to verify the displacement effect of polymer/surface binary flooding, a series of comparative experiments on standing time, polymer mass concentration, surfactant mass concentration, injection volume and slug size were carried out. The experimental results showed that, the oil displacement effect of binary flooding solution was significantly higher than that of single polymer solution or single surfactant solution, mainly due to the redistribution of oil and water, the increase of viscosity and sweep volume, and the remaining oil was further displaced. Polymer mass concentration and injection volume were the key factors affecting the recovery degree, and the recovery degree tended to be stable when the slug size increased to a certain extent.
