摘 要:一体化高效澄清法作为脱硫废水预处理单元,为了确定该技术在工程项目的最佳运行参数,通过现场小试实验和中试模拟研究在PAC投加量相同条件下,设置不同p H、投加不同量PAM、改变重介质粒径分别进行相关实验,观察污泥沉降、测试出水浊度、计算Mg^(2+)去除率,以验证废水絮凝沉降及出水效果,从而确定最佳运行参数。结果表明:一体化高效澄清法处理脱硫废水最佳的参数为10%PAC投加量20 mg·L^(-1)、重介质粉末投加量5 mg·L^(-1)、p H为10.3、1500万相对分子质量阴离子型PAM投药量3.2 mg·L^(-1),此时污泥沉降达30%,出水效果0.65NTU,Mg^(2+)去除率58%,大大减轻后端处理工艺压力,为系统稳定运行做了足够准备;采用100~500目(0.025~0.150mm)几种重介质粉末进行实验,结果表明,重介质粉末粒径对絮凝沉降和出水效果影响不同。120~200目(0.075~0.120mm)是重介质粉末的有效粒径范围,在此范围的重介质都有助沉效果。由以上结果可知,一体化高效澄清法应用于脱硫废水预处理,系统出水浊度低,絮凝沉降效果好,对镁离子有一定去除率,大大减轻后续处理系统压力,能保证系统稳定运行,可以在脱硫废水处理系统中推广应用。The integrated high-efficiency clarification method was used as the pre-treatment unit of the desulfurization of wastewater.In order to select the best operating parameters of this technology in engineering projects,through the field test and pilot test simulation research,under the same dosage of PAC,pH,PAM and dense medium were respectively taken as the variables to carry out relevant tests.The results showed that,the best parameters were as follows:10%PAC dosage 20 mg·L^(-1),heavy medium powder dosage 5 mg·L^(-1),p H 10.3,15 million molecular weight anionic PAM dosage 3.2 mg·L^(-1),at this time,sludge settling reached 30%,turbidity was 0.65 NTU,Mg^(2+)removal rate was 58%,which greatly reduced the pressure of the back-end processing process and made sufficient preparation for the stable operation of the system.If the 100 mesh to 500 mesh of heavy medium powder was used in the experiment,the results showed that the particle size had different effect on flocculation and sedimentation and effluent quality with the same dosage of heavy medium powder.120~200 mesh was the effective particle size range of heavy medium powder,it could contribute to the sinking effect between this size range.A conclusion was drawn that the integrated high-efficiency clarification method applied to the pretreatment of desulfurization wastewater had low turbidity of effluent,good flocculation and sedimentation effect of sludge,and certain removal rate of magnesium ion,which could reduce the pressure of subsequent treatment system,so it can be widely applied in desulfurization wastewater treatment system.
