摘 要:丁辛醇缩合废水是一种难降解有机废水,对现有处理方法(焚烧法、酸化法、空气催化氧化法、上流式厌氧污泥床(USBA)法)进行了比较,提出采用高温湿式氧化法处理,并开展了工艺研究,考察了反应温度和停留时间对COD、p H值和B/C值的影响。研究表明:反应温度是主要影响因素,停留时间的影响相对较小。最佳工艺条件(270℃、120 min)下,COD去除率为91.3%,pH值7.14,B/C值由0.43显著提高到0.71,可直接送污水处理场进行生化处理。Butanol and Octanol wastewater is a kind of refractory organic wastewater.The existing treatment methods(include incineration,acidification,air catalytic oxidation,and upflow anaerobic sludge bed(USBA))were compared,and the high temperature wet oxidation method was proposed to treat the wastewater,and the process research was carried out.The impact of reaction temperature and residence time on COD remove rate,pH value and B/C value was mainly studied.The results showed that the reaction temperature is the main factor and the residence time has a relatively small effect.Under the optimum process conditions of 270℃and 120min,the COD removal rate is 91.3%,pH value is 7.14,B/C value is significantly increased from 0.43 to 0.71,which can be directly sent to the sewage treatment plant for biochemical treatment..
