摘  要:针对层内沉淀调驱体系,采用粒径分析实验测试了沉淀特征,并根据渤海H油田的储层特征,建立对应的物理驱替模型,测试了体系的封堵性能及其影响因素。结果表明:沉淀反应前期,悬浊液中下部呈浑浊状态,粒径变化明显;30 min左右整体达到稳定,上部呈清液状态。药剂质量分数越大,生成的沉淀量越多,封堵效果越强,主剂质量分数变化所产生的影响更显著;注入量越大、段塞数量越少、隔离水段塞越小,封堵效果越强。非均质模型实验中,体系的选择封堵性能良好,对高渗管的封堵较强,可明显改善模型的分流率。The particle size analysis experiments were used to test the precipitation characteristics of the in-situ precipitation profile control and flooding system. According to the reservoir characteristics of H oilfield in Bohai, the corresponding physical displacement model was established to evaluate the plugging performance and its influencing factors. The experiments showed that the middle and lower part of the suspension was turbid and the particle size changed obviously in the early stage of reaction. The system was stable after about 30 min and the upper part was in the state of clear liquid. The higher the mass fraction of agent was, the more precipitation it generated and the stronger the plugging effect was. The influence of the mass fraction of the main precipitation agent was more significant than that of the assistant agent. The larger the injection amount was or the less the slugs were or the smaller the slug of isolation water was or the smaller the original permeability was, the stronger the plugging effect of the system was.The heterogeneous experiments showed that the selective plugging performance of the system was good. The agents mainly entered the high permeability pipe, and its plugging effect was stronger than that of the low permeability pipe.The flow rate of the model was significantly improved in the subsequent water flooding.
