摘 要:基于废水中的无机固体悬浮物在水体中易于团聚的特点,通过研究SiC微粉的zeta电位,对SiC微粉在水中的絮凝及分散性进行研究,通过SiC微粉在水体中的不同p H值,探寻SiC微粉zeta电位与pH值的关系以及对SiC微粉在水基系统絮凝及分散性的对应关系,并对分散剂的加入对SiC微粉zeta电位的影响和体系絮凝及分散性能的机理进行了分析,为SiC微粉产品的生产以及该类无机固体悬浮物废水絮凝净化处理提供技术保障和理论研究指导。Based on the characteristics of inorganic suspended solids in wastewater that are easy to agglomerate in water,through the research of SiC powder zeta electric potential in water,the relationship between the Si C powder zeta electric potential and its p H value was explored as well as corresponding relationship between flocculation and dispersibility of SiC micropowder in water-based system,and the effect of adding dispersant on the zeta potential of Si C micropowder and the mechanism of flocculation and dispersion performance of the system were analyzed,which could provide technical and theoretical guidance for the production of SiC powder products,and the flocculation and purification treatment of inorganic solid suspended wastewater.
