摘 要:输油管道工程上“活动管道”是指通过提前启泵降低胶凝原油的结构强度,以降低管道再启动所需压力或者延长停输时间,其本质正是由于凝油流变力学特征与结构形成过程中经历的剪切历史有关。通过改变油样在动态剪切降温过程中的降温速率和施加剪切率值两种方式来改变扰动特性,并运用能量耗散定量表征其扰动强度。结果表明:随着扰动过程中输入能量耗散的增大,凝油结构的屈服应力以二次函数关系减小,而屈服应变呈现增长的趋势,体现出结构强度减弱,延性增强。The “transitory restart” in the engineering of petroleum transportation pipeline refers to implementing a transitory startup of the pump to reduce the structural strength of oil gels, and further to reduce the minimum pressure required for successful restart and to save restart time. The essence of transitory restart is that the rheological characteristics of gelled oils are influenced by the shear history during structural formation. In the present work, the disturbance properties of oil samples were changed by changing the cooling rate and the imposed shear rate during the dynamic cooling process, and the index of energy dissipation was used to quantitatively describe the disturbance intensities. The yield stress of oil gels decreased monotonically with the increase of input energy dissipation in the disturbance process, following a quadratic functional relationship model, whereas the yield strain showed the opposite trends, indicating a weakened structural strength and enhanced ductility.
