摘  要:通过水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯、碱为主要原料制备了一种具有良好悬浮性和膨胀性能的黏弹性高分子预交联颗粒调驱剂,采用红外光谱对黏弹性颗粒产品进行结构表征,并开展悬浮性、溶胀性、增黏性、粘黏性评价。结果表明:该黏弹性颗粒具有良好的悬浮性能,颗粒越小,吸水膨胀速度越快,分散体系的悬浮保留率越高;随着颗粒吸水溶胀,粒度分级曲线峰值向右移动,颗粒中值粒径逐渐增大,溶胀倍数最高可达6倍;颗粒的水溶液分散体系增黏趋势显著,老化60天后体系黏度升高8倍,颗粒粒径越小,体系的体相黏度越高;颗粒分散体系具有良好的黏弹性,表现出了明显的弹性体的特征,具有一定的固体效应。A kind of viscoelastic polymer pre-cross-linking particle displacement agent with good suspension and expansion properties was prepared by aqueous polymerization with acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,polyethylene glycol diacrylate and alkali as the main raw materials.The structure of the viscoelastic particle product was characterized by infrared spectrum.The results showed that the viscoelastic particles had good suspension properties.The smaller the particles were,the faster the water absorption and expansion rate was,and the higher the suspension retention rate of the dispersed system was.With the swelling of the particles,the peak of the particle size grading curve moved to the right,and the median particle size gradually increased,with the swelling times up to 6 times.After 60 days of aging,the viscosity of the system increases by 8 times.The smaller the particle size,the higher the bulk phase viscosity of the system.The particle dispersion system had good viscoelasticity,exhibited obvious characteristics of elastomer,and had certain solid effect.
