摘 要:一步制粒技术又称沸腾制粒,是集混合、制粒、干燥操作为一体的新型制粒技术,在医药、食品、化工等行业应用广泛。总结了固体流态化、颗粒生长等颗粒成型机理,归纳了雾化压力、进料速度、进风温度等影响颗粒成型的因素,列举了常用一步制粒设备的组成、型号、参数,并介绍了其在药物制粒和其他方面的应用,体现出一步制粒技术在提高生产质效、优化制粒工艺的优势,为该技术相关研究、新型制粒工艺连线化及合理化提供参考和依据。One-step granulation technology, also known as boiling granulation, is a new granulation technology which integrates mixing, granulation and drying operation. In this article, the particle forming mechanism was summarized from the aspects of the solid fluidization, particle growth and so on, the influencing factors were concluded, such as atomization pressure, feed rate, and air inlet temperature. At the same time, the composition, model and parameters of commonly used equipments were listed. In addition, the application of one-step granulation technology in pharmaceutical granulation and other aspects was introduced to show the advantages of one-step granulation technology in improving production efficiency, production quality, optimizing granulation technology. This paper can provide some reference for the research on one-step granulation technology, in order to expand the industrial application of fluidized bed granulation technology.
