摘  要:介绍了极端环境下金属保护涂层的种类,其中聚合物衍生陶瓷(PDC)涂层具有成本低、工艺简单、易于在复杂形状和大部件上涂覆、与基材结合牢固的优势。综述了SiCN涂层和SiCN-M(M=B、Al、Ti)涂层的特点和优势。SiCN涂层具有非晶耐高温抗氧化的特点,兼具高硬度和高弹性;SiCN-B涂层具有特殊的高温稳定性,并能保持到2000℃;SiCN-Al涂层具有高温抗氧化抗水热腐蚀能力,比SiCN涂层还要高出两个数量级;SiCN-Ti涂层具有高硬度高弹性,硬度可达20~30 GPa,弹性模量可达170~200 GPa。SiCN-M涂层可用于金属在极端环境下的防腐、耐磨抗冲击、抗氧化。Metal protective coatings in extreme environments were introduced.Among them,polymer-derived-ceramic(PDC)coating has the advantages of low cost,simple process,easy coating on complex and large substrate,and strong adhesive to substrate.The characteristics and advantages of SiCN and SiCN-M(M=B,Al,Ti)coating were reviewed.SiCN coating is amorphous at high temperature and has oxidation resistance,high hardness and high elasticity;SiCN-B coating is stable at super high temperature and can be maintained to 2000℃;SiCN-Al coating can resist oxidation and hydrothermal corrosion at high temperature,which is two orders of magnitude higher than SiCN coating;SiCN-Ti coating is high hardness and elasticity,hardness 20~30 GPa and elastic modulus 170~200 GPa.SiCN-M coating can be used for anti-corrosion,wear,impact and oxidation on metals in extreme environments.
