摘 要:以双酚A(BPA)/双酚AF(BisAF)/双酚AP(BisAP)/双酚B(BisB)为双酚单体,分别与间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)、对苯二甲酰二氯(TPC)通过界面缩聚合成系列三元共聚芳酯(co-PARs)PAR-A、PAR-F、PAR-P和PAR-B。系统研究双酚单体种类对co-PARs及其薄膜结构与性能的影响。结果表明:与传统双酚A型聚芳酯PAR-A相比,PAR-F、PAR-P及PAR-B薄膜的介电性能都得到了明显的改善。其中PAR-F的溶解性、透明性和介电性能最为突出,其薄膜的介电常数仅为1.6,较PAR-A降低了36%,在微电子及5G通讯领域应用前景广阔。A series of ternary copolyarylates(co-PARs),named PAR-A,PAR-F,PAR-P and PAR-B,were synthesized with Bisphenol A(BPA)/Bisphenol AF(BisAF)/Bisphenol AP(BisAP)/Bisphenol B(BisB) as bisphenol monomers by interfacial copolymerization with isophthalic chloride(IPC) and terephthalyl dichloride(TPC),respectively.The effects of bisphenol monomer species on the structure and properties of co-PARs and their films were systematically studied.Compared with the traditional bisphenol A polyarylate(PAR-A),the dielectric properties of PAR-F,PAR-P and PAR-B had been improved significantly.In particular, PAR-F showed the most outstanding solubility, transparency and dielectric properties.The dielectric constant of the film was only 1.6,which was 36% lower than that of PAR-A.It had broad application prospects in the field of microelectronics and 5G communication.
