摘  要:采用真空辅助成型工艺制备三维浅交弯联Kevlar/EP装甲材料,分别对6种铺层方式及不同含胶量的装甲材料进行弯曲性能测试,并进一步分析材料的弯曲失效机理。结果表明:铺层方式不同时,三维浅交弯联Kevlar/EP装甲材料的弯曲特性曲线类似;纬纱为材料上、下层承载主体时,其弯曲性能明显好于经纱;含胶量在42%~49%范围内时,Kevlar/EP装甲材料的弯曲强度随着含胶量的增加呈现“先增加后下降”的趋势。Kevlar/EP armor materials using 3D curved shallow-crossing linking weave were prepared by vacuum assisted forming process.The bending properties of armor materials with six lay-up methods and different contents of adhesive were tested respectively and the bending failure mechanism of the materials was further analyzed.The results showed that, when the lay-up methods were different, the bending characteristic curves of Kevlar/EP armor materials using 3D curved shallow-crossing linking weave were similar.The bending performance of weft yarn was obviously better than that of warp yarn when it was the upper and lower bearing body of material.When the rubber content was in the range of 42%~49%,the bending strength of Kevlar/EP armor material exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase o f the rubber content.
