摘 要:二氧化钛(TiO_(2))半导体材料因优异的光电性能在太阳能电池、发光二极管和紫外探测器等光电器件领域得到广泛应用,引入表面活性剂制备的TiO_(2)纳米粒子具有更好的光电性能。采用低成本的油酸作为表面活性剂,通过溶剂热法在较低的反应温度下得到了具有高结晶性和窄尺寸分布的TiO_(2)纳米粒子,其粒径分布在10~11nm之间且纳米粒子的形状均一,具有优异的分散性能。热重分析表明500℃时油酸已完全分离,有利于TiO_(2)纳米粒子在光电器件中的应用。Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)) semiconductor materials have been widely applied in the field of optoelectronic devices such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes and UV detectors because of their excellent photoelectric properties.The TiO_(2)nanoparticles with surfactant possess better photoelectric properties.Using low-cost oleic acid as surfactant, TiO_(2)nanoparticles with high crystallinity and narrow size distribution were prepared by solvothermal method at lower reaction temperature.The particle size distribution was between 10~11nm, the shape of nanoparticles was uniform and the dispersion performance was excellent.The TGA curve showed that oleic acid had been completely separated at 500℃,which was beneficial to the application of TiO_(2)nanoparticles in optoelectronic devices.
