摘  要:以回收废PET饮料瓶粉碎料(rPET)为填料,采用熔融共混法制备了聚酰胺6/rPET(PA6/rPET)合金,通过力学性能测试和扫描电镜分析(SEM)等方法,研究了共混物的力学性能和冲击断面形貌,并对合金材料调湿处理前后的力学性能进行了比较。结果表明:rPET含量对合金材料的力学性能具有较大影响,材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度均随rPET含量的增加呈降低趋势,而弯曲强度先增大后减小;相容剂PP-g-MAH能够有效地增加PA6与rPET界面结合能力,从而明显改善合金材料的韧性,其最佳用量为12%;调湿处理能有效地提升合金材料的冲击强度,但高温调湿对合金的拉伸强度和弯曲强度影响较大,常温调湿处理效果好于高温调湿处理;当rPET含量为40%,PP-g-MAH用量为12%时,经常温调湿处理后合金的综合力学性能最佳。Using pulverized waste PET drinking bottles as filler, a PA6/rPET alloy was prepared by melt blending method.The mechanical properties and impact fracture surface morphology of alloy were analyzed by mechanical property test and scanning electron microscope analysis(SEM),respectively.The mechanical properties of the material before and after hygroscopic treatment were compared with each other.The results demonstrated that the contents of rPET had a great effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy.The tensile strength and impact strength decreased with the increase of rPET contents but the bending strength increased firstly and decreased later.The grafts of PP-g-MAH could enhance the interfacial compatibility and adhesion between PA6 and rPET that led to improve alloy toughness, in which the best dosage was 12%.Hygroscopic treatment could effectively improve the impact strength of alloy, but had great influence on tensile strength and bending strength.The effect of hygroscopic treatment at room temperature was better than that at high temperature.When contents of rPET was 40% and PP-g-MAH was 12%,comprehensive mechanical properties of alloy were the best after hygroscopic treatment at room temperature.
