摘 要:水中2,4-二硝基酚的分析检测具有重要意义。以胡麻籽壳为碳源,1-己基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐为溶剂,绿色制备了铈掺杂的碳量子点(LCQDs)。透射电镜结果表明所得LCQDs呈球状,粒径范围1~9nm。基于2,4-二硝基酚对LCQDs的特异性荧光淬灭作用建立了一种2,4-二硝基酚的荧光分析方法,最佳实验条件下,检出限为1.8μmol/L。该方法用于实际水样检测时,回收率可达94.6%~103.5%。The analysis and detection of 2,4-dinitrophenol in water is of great significance.In this paper, Ce^(3+)-doped carbon quantum dots(LCQDs) were prepared using flax seed shell as carbon source and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride as solvent.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) tests showed that LCQDs were spherical particles with sizes ranging from 1 to 9nm.A fluorescence analysis method for 2,4-dinitrophenol was established based on the specific fluorescence quenching effect of 2,4-dinitrophenol on LCQDs.Under optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit of LCQDs for 2,4-dinitrophenol was 1.8μmol/L.When this method was used for actual sample analysis, the recovery rate was 94.6%~103.5%.
