制度环境、产学研合作与企业开放式创新路径——基于中美两国19家企业的多值集定性比较分析

摘　　要：在中美制度环境与产学研合作背景不同的情况下,以19家典型中美企业作为研究样本,运用QCA多值集定性比较分析方法,借鉴已有文献的测度方法,综合选取6个核心变量,对比分析中美企业开放式创新的多重路径。研究发现:(1)中美企业获得高开放式创新绩效路径各有两条,其共同点是都具备良好的知识产权保护环境和产学研合作,其中,中国企业高开放式创新绩效路径的核心条件分别是知识产权保护和对外直接投资以及产学研合作和政府补贴;(2)对中美企业而言,外商直接投资和产学研合作同时缺失会导致企业开放式创新绩效下降。基于此,从企业和政府两方面为中国企业的开放式创新提出建议。Under the different institutional environments and industry-university-research cooperation backgrounds between China and the United States, 19 typical Chinese and American enterprises are selected as samples, and QCA multi-value set qualitative comparative analysis method is used. Referring to the measurement methods of existing research, six core variables are used to analyze the multiple paths of open innovation of Chinese and American enterprises. The research finds that:(1) There are two paths both for Chinese and American enterprises to obtain high open innovation performance, and the commonalities include a good intellectual property protection environment and industry-university-research cooperation. Among them, the core conditions of high open innovation performance path are intellectual property protection, foreign direct investment, as well as industry-university-research cooperation and government subsidies for Chinese enterprises.(2) For Chinese and American enterprises, a lack of foreign direct investment and industry-university-research cooperation leads to a worse open innovation performance. Based on conclusions, some suggestions are put forward for the open innovation of Chinese enterprises from the aspects of enterprises and the government.
