摘 要:对15根混凝土梁进行了液中高压脉冲放电破碎试验。通过液电效应和液中铜丝爆炸对混凝土梁破碎效果的比对分析,确定了液中铜丝爆炸为高压脉冲放电的优选方案。试验参数为混凝土强度、梁钻孔孔径、孔间距、高压脉冲放电电压和放电铜丝根数。结果表明:混凝土梁的破碎效果随放电电压的提高和放电铜丝根数的增多而明显提高,随混凝土强度的降低而略有提高。在其他参数相同的情况下,钻孔孔径为40 mm的混凝土梁比钻孔孔径为50 mm的混凝土梁破碎效果好;钻孔间距为300 mm的混凝土梁比钻孔间距为400 mm的混凝土梁破碎效果好。根据试验结果建立了混凝土梁破坏程度(即梁侧混凝土裂缝宽度)与输出电压、放电铜丝根数、混凝土强度等关键参数间的数学表达。The crushing tests of 15 reinforced concrete beams were carried out by high-voltage pulse discharge(HVPD) in liquid. Based on the comparative analysis of the electrohydraulic effect and the copper wire explosion in liquid on the crushing test of concrete beams, the latter is determined as the optimal scheme. The parameters in the test include strength of concrete, borehole aperture, hole spacing, HVPD voltage and number of copper wires. The results show that the breaking effect of concrete beam increases obviously with the increase of discharge voltage and the number of copper wires, and slightly with the decrease of concrete strength. In the case of all the other parameters being equal, the concrete beam with a hole diameter of 40 mm is better than the concrete beam with a hole diameter of 50 mm. And the concrete beam with drilling spacing of 300 mm has a better crushing effect than the concrete beam with drilling spacing of 400 mm. According to the test results, a mathematical expression was established between the failure degree of concrete beam(i.e., the crack width of concrete at beam side) and the output voltage, the number of copper wires discharged, the strength of concrete and other key parameters.
