摘 要:为研究数码烫印质量的影响因素,得到不同承印材料的最佳数码烫印参数,以道顿数码烫金机为烫印设备,通过烫印实验,研究铜版纸、纸板、BOPP(biaxially oriented polypropylene)薄膜的最佳烫印压力、烫印速度、烫印温度、套准精度及牢度。结果表明:铜版纸的烫印温度应选择144~191℃,纸板的烫印温度应选择176~207℃,BOPP薄膜的烫印温度应选择144~175℃;烫印压力应设置在0.73~0.86 MPa;在保证烫印质量的前提下,选择60~69 mm/s的烫印速度较为适宜;铜版纸与BOPP薄膜套准精度在0.2 mm以下;承印材料表面附着牢度在85%及以上。This paper mainly studies the factors influencing digital hot stamping quality,and obtains the best digital hot stamping parameters of different printing materials.In this paper,the best hot stamping pressure,hot stamping speed,hot stamping temperature,registration accuracy and fastness of coated paper,paperboard and BOPP film are studied through hot stamping experiments with the Dalton digital hot stamping machine as the hot stamping equipment.The results of the study show that the hot stamping temperature of copper plate paper should be 144~191℃;the hot stamping temperature of cardboard should be 176~209℃;the hot stamping temperature of BOPP film should be 144~175℃.The hot stamping pressure shall be set to 0.73~0.86 MPa.On the premise of ensuring the quality of hot stamping,the speed range of 60~69 mm/s is suitable.The registration accuracy of coated paper and plastic film is less than 0.2 mm;the surface adhesion fastness of the substrate is 85%or above.
