摘　　要：数据中心对防洪防涝防水有很严格的要求,雄安城市计算中心项目作为国内首座与公园景观相融合的覆土城市计算中心,防洪防涝问题显得尤为重要.有效的系统的防洪防涝策略是雄安城市大脑的保障.本文以雄安城市计算中心项目为例,从场地水文条件、城市防洪策略、建筑防洪策略、排水系统防洪策略等方面详尽阐述了覆土城市计算中心的防洪防涝策略.The data center has very strict requirements for flood control,waterlogging prevention and waterproofing.As the first earth covered city computing center integrated with park landscape in China,the Xiongan Urban Computing Center Project is particularly important for flood control and waterlogging prevention.Effective and systematic flood control and waterlogging prevention strategy is the guarantee of Xiongan City Brain.Taking the Xiongan Urban Computing Center Project as an example,the flood control and waterlogging prevention strategies of the earth covered urban computing center(data center)are presented from the aspects of site hydrological conditions,urban flood control strategies,building flood control strategies,drainage system flood control strategies,etc.
