摘  要:目的探讨子宫输卵管造影(HSG)对宫腔异常不孕的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月在威海市妇幼保健院接受HSG和宫腔镜检查的282例不孕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察HSG的诊断效能。结果282例不孕患者中,HSG检查充盈缺损、子宫畸形、正常宫腔的敏感度为83.3%、96.2%、94.4%,特异度为95.5%、99.6%、86.1%,准确性为87.9%、99.3%、90.8%。结论HSG对不孕患者宫腔异常检出的敏感度、特异度、准确度较高,其中子宫畸形的敏感度、特异度、准确度最高,HSG对宫腔异常不孕有一定的诊断价值。Objective To investigate diagnosis value of hysterosalpingography(HSG)in uterine cavity abnormal infertility.Methods The clinical data of 282 infertile patients who underwent HSG and hysteroscopy in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed to observe the diagnostic efficacy of HSG.Results Among 282 cases of infertility patients,the sensitivity of HSG examination for filling defect,uterine malformation and normal uterine cavity was 83.3%,96.2%and 94.4%,the specificity was 95.5%,99.6%and 86.1%,and the accuracy was 87.9%,99.3%and 90.8%.Conclusion HSG has a high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the detection of intrauterine abnormalities in infertility patients,among which the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of uterine malformation are the highest.HSG has a certain diagnostic value for abnormal intrauterine infertility.
