摘　　要：目的探讨阴道涂片检查快速染色在白带常规检验中的应用价值。方法选取2021年8月至2022年7月龙口市新嘉街道社区卫生服务中心行白带常规检查的230例受检者。均实施阴道涂片检查快速染色与革兰氏染色,分析不同染色方式的检出结果及诊断效能。结果阴道涂片检查快速染色滴虫、细菌总检出率高于革兰氏染色(P<0.05)。阴道涂片检查快速染色阳性检出率高于革兰氏染色(P<0.05)。阴道涂片检查快速染色的灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于革兰氏染色(P<0.05)。结论阴道涂片检查快速染色在白带常规检验中的应用价值较高,能够提高诊断效能、减少漏诊情况,为后续诊疗提供可靠依据。Objective To explore the application value of rapid staining of vaginal smear in routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods A total of 230 patients who underwent routine examination of leucorrhea in Xinjia Street Community Health Service Center of Longkou City from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected.The rapid staining of vaginal smears and Gram staining were performed in all patients.The detection results and diagnostic efficacy of different staining methods were analyzed.Results The total detection rate of trichomonas and bacteria in rapid staining of vaginal smear were higher than those in Gram staining(P<0.05).The positive rate of rapid staining of vaginal smear was higher than that of Gram staining(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of rapid staining of vaginal smear were higher than those of Gram staining(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid staining of vaginal smear examination has a high application value in the routine examination of leucorrhea,which can improve the diagnostic efficiency,reduce missed diagnosis,and provide reliable basis for subsequ ent diagnosis and treatment.
