摘　　要：子宫炎性肌纤维母细胞肿瘤是一种低度恶性潜能的肌纤维母细胞肿瘤,最常见于肺部,发生于子宫的病例罕见。现报道常熟市第一人民医院收治的1例子宫炎性肌纤维母细胞肿瘤病例,该患者因经量增加,并发现盆腔包块而入院手术治疗,经病理检查确诊为子宫炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤,术后随访3年未见复发征象。现回顾性分析该病例特点,以进一步帮助临床医师提高对子宫炎性肌纤维母细胞肿瘤的认识。Uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a myofibroblastic tumor with low malignant potential.It is most common in the lung,and rarely occurs in the uterine.This paper reports a case of uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor admitted to Changshu No.1 People’s Hospital.The patient was admitted to the hospital for surgical treatment due to increased menstrual volume and pelvic mass.The patient was diagnosed as uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor by pathological examination.The characteristics of this case were retrospectively analyzed to further help clinicians improve their understanding of uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
