摘　　要：《金匮要略》之温经汤为祖国医学经典方剂。王国华教授认为月经病的核心病机为“寒”和“瘀”,温经汤能温经散寒,养血散瘀。在辨证论治的基础上灵活应用本方可温经散寒、化瘀止痛治疗痛经;温通冲任、化瘀通脉治疗月经过少;温摄冲任、止血固经治疗月经先期;以“通”为法治疗经间期出血;散寒通脉、调和气血治疗经行头痛等月经疾病。疗效颇丰,值得学习和推广。The Wenjing Decoction in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is a classic prescription of Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Guohua believes that the core pathogenesis of menstrual disease is“cold”and“stasis”.Wenjing Decoction can warm meridians and dissipate cold,nourish the blood and dissipate blood stasis.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,flexible application of this recipe can treat menstrual diseases,such as dysmenorrhea by warming meridians and dispersing cold,dissipating blood stasis and relieving pain,hypomenorrhea by warming and regulating Chongren,removing blood stasis and activating channel,advanced menstruation by warming and controlling Chongren,and consolidating channel,intermenstrual bleeding by method of“activating”and menstrual headache by dissipating cold and activating channel and regulating qi and blood,with remarkable therapeutic effect and worthy of learning and promoting.
