摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗对肺炎支原体感染患儿血清免疫球蛋白、肺功能及T淋巴细胞的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院收治的60例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组均口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂,对照组给予氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丙卡特罗治疗。比较两组肺功能指标、免疫球蛋白水平、T淋巴细胞水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组肺功能指标均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组T淋巴细胞水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗可改善肺炎支原体感染患儿肺功能、调节免疫功能,且具有安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride on serum immunoglobulin,lung function and T lymphocytes in children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods A total of 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Shenzhen Bao’an Shiyan People’s Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given Azithromycin Dry Suspension orally,the control group was given Ambroxol treatment,and the observation group was given Procaterol treatment on the basis of the control group.Lung function indexes,immunoglobulin levels,T lymphocyte levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function indexes in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,T lymphocyte levels in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control gr oup(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride can improve lung function and regulate immune function in children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
