中医贴敷疗法在某妇幼专科医院门诊应用的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医外治法贴敷疗法在西医妇幼专科医院临床门诊中的应用情况和优势病种,为中医适宜技术更好地在基层及西医院中推广提供思路和方向。方法回顾性分析某三甲妇幼专科医院HIS系统2021年1月1日至12月31日门诊数据。结果全年使用此贴敷疗法有5120人次,使用率0.79%,在门诊中最常用的贴敷方案是联合中西医治疗,各科疾病中均有应用,尤其是儿科常见病。婴幼儿和学龄前期儿童使用贴敷疗法较多,排前3位的优势病种为咳嗽、食欲缺乏、消化不良和鼻炎,西医科室采用贴敷疗法应用于皮肤科排前3位的优势病种为湿疹、特应性皮炎和皮炎。结论贴敷疗法在西医专科医院缺乏推广应用,可转介到有中医师的科室开展贴敷治疗。Objective To understand the application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method of patching therapy in the clinical outpatient clinics of western medical hospitals for women and children and the advantageous disease types,so as to provide ideas and directions for the better promotion of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology in primary and western hospitals.Methods The outpatient data of HIS system from January 1 to December 31,2021 were analyzed retrospectively in a tertiary specialized hospital for women and children.Results In the whole year,5120 people used the patching therapy,with the utilization rate of 0.79%.The most commonly used patching solution in the outpatient clinic was combined Chinese and western medicine treatment,which was applied in various diseases,especially common diseases in pediatrics.Patching therapy was widely used in infants and preschool children.The top three dominant diseases were cough,appetite deficiency,dyspepsia and rhinitis.The application therapy adopted by western medicine departments for the top three dominant diseases in dermatology were eczema,atopic dermatitis and dermatitis.Conclusion Application of patching therapy in western medicine hospitals is still lack of promotion and can be referred to departments with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners for patching therapy.
