摘  要:利用紫外-可见吸收光谱探究了4-苯基-3-硫代氨基脲对F^(-),Cl^(-),Br^(-)及I^(-)的识别作用,实验结果证明,在这四种阴离子中,受体分子只对F^(-)的响应有较好选择性,并对络合常数及拟合系数进行了计算。根据在纯DMSO及其水溶液中的识别规律,得出受体分子与客体阴离子通过氢键作用方式相互结合。当F^(-)浓度为受体浓度10倍时,溶液颜色由无色迅速变为蓝绿色,因此可用该受体裸眼检测F^(-)的存在。The recognition properties of receptor 4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide with anions such as F^(-),Cl^(-),Br^(-)and I^(-)in pure DMSO and its aqueous solvent by UV-Vis spectroscopy were discussed.The experiment showed that this receptor had a better selectivity for F^(-)than other three kinds of anions.The complexing constant and fitting coefficient were calculated.According to the law in pure DMSO and its identification in aqueous solution,the hydrogen bond complex was formed between the receptor and anion.Solution color changed from colorless to turquoise quickly when the concentration of F^(-)was 10 times that of the receptor,so it can be used for the detection of F^(-)by naked-eyes.
