摘  要:采用极化曲线测试了改性硫脲咪唑啉(MTHIM)和改性硫代酰胺(MCAIO)对X70钢在模拟CO_(2)油田水中的缓蚀行为。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了X70钢表面腐蚀形态,将MTHIM和MCAIO进行复配分析其协同作用。结果表明,两种有机试剂的缓蚀效率(η)随着浓度的增加均增大,200 mg·L^(-1)的MTHIM和MCAIO的缓蚀效率分别为92.5%和91.9%。SEM结果表明在加入MTHIM后X70钢表面的腐蚀有所减缓。MTHIM和MCAIO在25℃和50℃有很好的协同效应,并分析了缓蚀机理。The corrosion inhibition behavior of modified thiourea imidazoline(MTHIM)and modified thioamide(MCAIO)on X70 steel in simulated CO_(2)oilfield water was studied by polarization curve method.The surface corrosion morphology of X70 steel was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The synergistic effect of MTHIM and MCAIO was analyzed.The results showed that the inhibition efficiency(η)of the two organic reagents increased with the increase of concentrationand.The inhibition efficiency of 200 mg·L^(-1)MTHIM and MCAIO were 92.5%and 91.9%respectively.SEM results showed that the corrosion of X70 steel surface was reduced after adding MTHIM.The synergistic effect of MTHIM and MCAIO was obvious at 25℃and 50℃.The corrosion inhibition mechanism was analyzed in the end.
