摘 要:建立使用活性炭/甲醇解吸气相色谱质谱测定法测定固定污染源废气中异丙醇的方法。通过活性碳管采集样品,甲醇进行解吸,以气相色谱分离,质谱测定,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。经过实验可知,异丙醇检出限为0.010 mg/m^(3),三种浓度水平的加标回收率在98.6%~110.9%之间,精密度值在6.3%~9.0%之间。本方法使用的活性炭吸附和甲醇解吸可对固定污染源废气中的异丙醇进行定性、定量测定,检测效率高,方法科学可靠。A method for the determination of isopropanol in waste gas from stationary pollution sources by activated carbon/methanol desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The sample was collected through the activated carbon tube,the methanol was desorbed,separated by gas chromatography,determined by mass spectrometry,the retention time was qualitative,and the peak area was quantitative.It can be seen from the experiment that the detection limit of isopropanol was 0.010 mg/m^(3),the recovery rate of three concentration levels was 98.6%~110.9%,and the precision value was 6.3%~9.0%.The activated carbon adsorption and methanol desorption used in this method can qualitatively and quantitatively determine isopropanol in waste gas of fixed pollution source,with high detection efficiency and scientific and reliable method.
