摘 要:为探索石油钻井废物的资源化处置途径,以水基钻屑为掺合料制备混凝土的可行性研究。考察了水基钻屑掺量对混凝土性能的影响,并探究了混凝土强度形成机理及环境特性。结果表明:水基钻屑掺量对混凝土性能具有负效应,最佳水基钻屑掺量为10%,制得C30混凝土。水化产物水化硅酸钙和氢氧化钙等穿插于材料内部,赋予了混凝土力学性能。混凝土浸出液中各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》要求。本研究为水基钻屑的资源化处置提供参考。The feasibility of preparing concretewith water-based drilling cuttings(WDC)as raw material was studied.The effects of raw materials proportion on the properties of concrete were studied,the strength formation mechanism and product environmental characteristics were investigated.The results showed that the amount of WDC had a negative effect on the concretes performance.Under the optimal ratio of WDC 10%,the properties of the concrete could meet the C30 grade.The main mineral phases of the concrete were calcium hydroxide and Ca(OH)2,which interspersed within the material,jointly confer immunity mechanical properties of concretes.All the indicators in the concrete leachate met the requirements of the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard.The reference were provided to reuse the WDC from oil and gas fields.
