摘　　要：结合石化行业的特点,以某石化企业聚碳酸酯建设项目为例,开展建设项目挥发性有机物排放源项解析,对挥发性有机物总量进行核算。结合本项目挥发性有机物源项解析和总量核算结果,并针对环境影响评价挥发性有机物总量核算源项与排污许可证源项、核算方法不统一的问题,提出石化行业建设项目环境影响评价挥发性有机物总量核算与管理建议,为石化建设项目环境影响评价挥发性有机物总量核算工作提供技术参考。Analysis of the volatile organic compounds emission sources, and accounting of the total amount of the volatile organic compounds were carried out for one polycarbonate construction project of a petrochemical enterprise, based on the characteristics of the petrochemical industry. The analysis and accounting results were used for proposing the accounting and management suggestions of the total amount of volatile organic compounds of the petrochemical industry. The suggestions with regards to the problems that emission source terms and accounting methods were not unified between environmental impact assessment of construction projects and pollutant permit for volatile organic compounds were also presented. A technical reference was provided for the accounting of the volatile organic compounds of environmental impact assessment of petrochemical construction projects.
