摘　　要：基于专业认证标准的要求,结合专业课程特点,对我校药学本科无机化学、物理化学、分析化学、仪器分析四门课程的实验内容进行优化整合,系统编写《医药基础化学实验》教材,构建“三层一线”化学实验教学体系。“三层一线”教学模式的开展推动了实验教学教改,改革后的实验内容融入了先进的实验技术,增强了其应用性和体验性;有效地提高了实验教学效果,学生的实验积极性、创新能力和科研水平得以提升。Based on the requirements of the certification standards, the experimental contents of four courses of Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis was combined and optimized with the professional curriculum characteristics of pharmacy. The textbook of Medical Chemistry Experiment was systematically compiled to build up a “three-lay and one-line” chemical experiment teaching system. The development of the “three-tier and one-line” teaching mode promoted the experimental teaching reform. The modified experiments involve advanced experimental techniques, had a better applicability and practicability, as well as improve the teaching effect. Students’ experimental enthusiasm, innovation ability and scientific research level were improved.
