摘 要:本文利用生物信息学方法,分析了一种可侵染油松针叶的病原真菌镰刀菌四个Rab蛋白Fp_xl1、Fp_xl2、Fp_xl3、Fp_xl4的理化性质、跨膜结构、信号肽、蛋白结构和蛋白互作关系。结果表明:Fp_xl1、Fp_xl2、Fp_xl3、Fp_xl4均为无跨膜结构、不含信号肽、不稳定的亲水蛋白,除Fp_xl2是酸性蛋白质外其他三个均属于碱性蛋白质;四个蛋白中均存在较多的α螺旋与无规则卷曲结构域,其中Fp_xl2稳定性最高,Fp_xl3稳定性最低;Fp_xl1和Fp_xl3可与含蛋白激酶结构域的蛋白质互作,Fp_xl2和Fp_xl3可与含Rab-GAP TBC结构域的蛋白互作,而Fp_xl4能与含SEC7结构域的蛋白质互作。In this study,the physical and chemical properties,transmembrane domains,signal peptides,structure and protein-protein interaction of four Rab proteins from Fusarium infecting Pinus tabulaeformis were analyzed by the bioinformatic approaches.Four proteins were named as Fp_xl1,Fp_xl2,Fp_xl3,Fp_xl4,respectively.The results showed that Fp_xl1,Fp_xl2,Fp_xl3 and Fp_xl4 were basically unstable hydrophilic proteins and none of them had signal peptides or transmembrane domains.Fp_xl2 was an acidic protein,while the other three proteins were basic proteins.There were manyαhelix and random coil domains in all the four Rab proteins.Among them,Fp_xl2 had the highest stability while Fp_xl3 had the lowest.Protein-protein interaction analysis showed that Fp_xl1 and Fp_xl2 could interact with protein kinase domain-containing proteins;Fp_xl2 and Fp_xl3 could interact with Rab-GAP TBC domain-containing proteins;Fp_xl4 could interact with SEC7 domain-containing proteins.
